Kid next door

I really hate the kid next door. It's not even Christmas yet and he's playing Barney Christmas DVDs all day all night long. What's wrong with his mother. Cant they tone the blardy volume down. I feel like making a police report but i bet the sound of the police car siren will be even worse than Barney's singing. I'm going to bear with it for a few more days to see if he gets bored with his DVD or not. If not, i have no choice but to file a report. I have a life too.
